Dr Ranjan Chauhan graduated in 2008, obtaining his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from HPU, India and worked in a private practice in India before moving to Australia.
He cleared the Australian Dental Council examinations in 2012 and is Dental Board of Australia certified dentist.
Dr. Ranjan has been working in Mackay since 2012 in both public and private practices.
He took over Arch Dental Clinic in December,2018 and is happily settled in Mackay with his family.
He takes immense pride in providing excellence in all aspects of dentistry and allows patients to feel relaxed during their appointments.
His gentle touch,honesty and the genuine care for each and every one of his patients is appreciated by all.
With a very kind approach, Dr. Ranjan firmly prescribes to "treat how you would like to be treated" philosophy. He is very passionate about his work and endeavours to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry by attending continuing professional development courses.
Dr. Ranjan is a member of Australian Dental Association .
Away from work, he loves spending time with his family and also likes to play tennis and basketball .
Leigh began dental assisting at the age of 17 in the city of Bristol in the UK.
After getting the travel bug, she travelled extensively through Israel, Greece and Europe before landing on the door of Australia in 1995. Leigh had a few roles once based in Airlie Beach, mostly in the boating industry.
In 2006, Leigh and her family relocated to Mackay and she returned to work in the dental field which she truly loves with passion. Leigh joined Arch Dental in 2011 and has been managing the clinic since then in a very efficient manner and all the patients like her friendly and welcoming nature.
Away from work, Leigh loves spending time with her family (and Millie the dog!) and taking the kids boating.
Chitra migrated to Australia in 2011 to join her husband,Dr. Ranjan and since then she has worked in various roles in public and private Dental clinics in Mackay since then.
She has a Certificate IV in Health Administration and Certificate in Workplace health and Safety.
Now at Arch dental, she helps in smooth running of the clinic and manages social media campaigns and looks after Workplace health and safety of the clinic.
She has a friendly demeanour and is always happy to have a chat with patients and staff.
She loves spending her spare time playing with her son, Rayansh and also likes listening to music and doing some artwork.
Natalie lives in Sarina and has joined Arch Dental in February,2020.
She has always been interested and excited about dentistry and started working as a Dental assistant in 2002. She then had a break from dentistry as she was raising her kids and joined back work in 2017.
She is very passionate about her work and helps in calming the nervous patients and is very good with dealing with kids who come to practice for dental treatment
Outside of dentistry, she loves spending time with her family and friends and loves outdoors.
Chloe Donovan joined Arch dental in December, 2020 and is keen for a fresh start in 2021 as a trainee dental assistant. She is studying Certificate III in dental assisting from Australian Dental Association. Her hobbies are listening to music,hanging out with friends and walking her dogs
